Spada Residence is located in the residential area Špadići, only 200 meters from the sea, which is reached by a promenade through the green zone and a quiet tourist bungalow village.
A total of 16 apartments are distributed on four floors, with an area of 51 m2 to 100 m2. Each apartment has a spacious terrace with a southwest orientation, while those on the ground floor have the additional privilege of enjoying their garden. All areas are equipped with highly efficient Daikin heating and cooling devices with maximum energy efficiency in their class, and the building has a modern city gas heating system with separate meters for each apartment.
Thermal and sound insulation barriers between apartments, partition walls, and ceilings have been implemented. The well-thought-out orientation of the building and the bright openings up to 240 cm high enables the natural spread of daylight in the living areas of all apartments, and partly in the main corridors and on the staircase. Natural ventilation throughout the building creates a constant flow of fresh air.
