We just returned from a perfect stay in Istria. As advertised, it is a beautiful , brand-new modern stone villa on a hill overlooking an incredible view not only of the Istrian countryside but also on the Adriatic Sea! Our family of 8 were very comfortable in the bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms and indoor and outdoor sitting areas. The host thought of everything including a crib, high chair and pool float for the baby. We had delicious dinners prepared and served by Chef Ivan in the outdoor dining area while watching the sunset. I loved returning to the villa after a long day of sightseeing and lounging by the pool under the umbrellas while sipping a glass of red from the nearest winemaker. The villa was ideally located so that although you felt like you were in the country, it was a very short ride to grocery shops, local markets, best croatian restaurants and charming old towns. Lorena answered all of my e-mails promptly prior to our arrival and patiently. She provided recommendations for shops, restaurants, activities etc and offered to help us book things as needed.
