Villa Lorena

We wanted a quiet holiday, enjoying beautiful nature but at the same time being within walking distance from restaurants and shops. That is exactly what we experienced with Lorena’s amazing place! It’s a truly pieds-dans-l’eau property and it’s exactly as described to complete perfection! The views are surreal, the accommodations are comfortable, cozy, clean and very peaceful. In the evening we were greeted by a stunning sunset out of one window and a full moon setting out of the other window…purely magical !! We loved every precious moment at the property and we’ll definetely come back! Thank you Lori!

I travel around the world a lot, that’s why I am very critical when it comes to book luxury apartments or hotel rooms, because I don’t wanna throw out my hard-earned money by the window easily. We stayed a whole weekend in this Villa and I must say: everything was perfect! A wonderful & luxury Villa just a view steps away from the old down Novigrad. The location is just at the right distance from the crowd and just one step away from the ocean, so you will have plenty of quiet and piece but also a quick access to the old down city life with lots of cute little restaurants with delicious sea food caught fresh out of the Croatian sea. The house itself is an amazing combination of design, luxury & opportunities for relaxing and eventful spending of time with your friends or family. You can swim in the (huge) indoor pool while your friends are sunbathing or taking a sauna or have fun in the jacuzzi on the rooftop, reading at an armchair, barbecuing or taking a swim-swim in the Ocean etc. And it all happens next to one another while you all watch the sunset. The interior from the Villa is just amazing and very high standard, kitchen is huge and you can find everything what you need for making breakfast, lunch or dinner, Living room is enormous with a gigantic big comfy couch island and a fantastic Bose sound system and also you can find an very large Flat-TV / Master bedroom has an gorgeous view to the ocean, and the interior fittings by all other bedrooms are also wonderful and quite nice, beds are comfy and cozy, bathrooms and restrooms are super shiny and clean! – so, this place is just perfect for luxury vacation! God, I want to go back there very very soon. Hosting & Service: Lorena N., the manager from this Villa is a wonderful host. She is very flexible, helpful and very nice, so you do not need to worry about anything. If you need something, Lorena can make your dreams come true! I highly recommend this place. We stayed 7 nights as a big family with infants & elders and all rooms were occupied. Everyone was very happy and satisfied with the arrangements from facilities, daily services and meals. Basically there’s everything you need in the villa, you just have to sit back and relax. The only thing we needed to do was to communicate with the Villa Manager in advance, then you would have a smooth and easy holiday. We did have special requests like extra beds, cots, poolside party meals and cocktails, in-house massage etc. We really appreciated the effort of the team! Originally we didn’t plan to dine in so many times and turned out we only had two meals outside throughout the week, because the food in the villa was so delicious and worth every penny! It’s a must-try their menu. Highly recommend this place, spacious, airy and clean, staff were attentive, everyone of us just felt like at home.What a memorable family trip. Thanks again to the team!

The Beachfront home in Novigrad was in one word: Paradise! The property was absolutely amazing, right on the beach. We felt immediately at home. We stayed here for a special occasion with our extended family and didn’t want to leave. I hope we can return next year. Worth to mention is the in-house Istrian dinner made by the host and her team.Great experience! Thank you Lorena.

The villa is amazing place also for large group. We were there in a group of 12 people and still I had sometime the feeling I am alone, because everybody was somewhere hidden. There is a stunning seaview from the living room. When you cook in the kitchen you still have the feeling you are outside. During the evening is the best to stay on the terrace where you can enjoy sunset and to grill something fresh from local market.

Everything was better than on the photos. The living room was really huge, the kitchen was well furnished. We chose this villa for our holiday and for our special wedding. The owner of the villa, Lorena has recommended us a Croatian wedding agency and together she helped us to organize a wedding in this villa. Everything was perfect and I think we had the best wedding in the world ;) The Villa is located right in the center of Novigrad and the restaurants are just a few steps away. The rooftop terrace is stunning and also offers beautiful views of the city and the church. (It’s not visible in the photos). Lorena, thnak you very much for unforgettable life experience.

It is a stunning villa placed directly beside the old city of Novigrad. We loved staying there and can only recommend it. Amazing equipped house with a beautiful view. The host was great, always available and supporting to organise everything what we needed. We will definitely come back!!
