New exciting project near the town of Brtonigla is named after a unique locality called Monaški vrh. Surrounded by forests and vineyards, there are three villas appropriately spaced from each other, thus securing complete privacy to future owners.
Each individual villa has an area of approximately 800 m2, pool and its own view of the forest. The villas are oriented in the east-west direction allowing plenty of light into the interior. The project envisions single-storey houses with additional volume buried in the ground – which corresponds to the slope of the whole plot. In the north courtyards you’ll find a swimming pool, sauna, sun deck and fields of lavender and immortelle, and the southern openings allow direct access to the pool.
Each villa has an interior area of 285 m2, located in the basement and ground floor.
The basement floor naturally continues on the slope of the terrain, and there are 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, SPA zone and boiler room. The bedrooms are very spacious, with an area of more than 20 m2 and bathrooms larger than 7 m2. Also in the basement there is a boiler room, laundry room, storage room and a bathroom.
The ground floor of the villa has a net area of 67.34 m2 and consists of a living room, kitchen, dining and guest bathrooms. Below the ground floor there is a covered parking lot for two cars, perfectly visually blended into the design of the villa. The ground floor blends in naturally with the environment, falling terrain and Mediterranean plants that surround it.
The main features of these villas are comfort, modernity and simplicity, completely merging with the natural environment that enters the villas thanks to the large glass surfaces and carefully positioned openings.
